In addition to profit sharing, we are constantly upgrading our benefit system to suit the needs of all employees and their families.

Profit Sharing - A Motivating System
We encourage our employees to participate in management: a comprehensive scheme for profit-sharing and stock options; our employees can also be shareholders.
We motivate our employees with this win-win opportunity: pay adjustments are based on performance; we link pay adjustments and promotions to performance.
We have achieved the goal of profit-sharing: our employees receive performance bonuses on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Our employees decide the bonuses they will get: our annual bonuses are calculated based on the annual profit and personal performance evaluations.

Education and Training
New employee training: help new employees get up to speed in their jobs as quickly as possible -- initiation into the company system and environment, training in occupational safety and health, product training.
On-the-job training: specially designed programs are implemented for different personnel with different job descriptions.
Manager training: managers are trained before and after promotion to shorten the period needed to acclimate to their jobs.
