Preparing for an Interview
Please read your interview information carefully and arrive for the interview on time. After you arrive at I-Chiun, please register at the security office first and take the elevator to the fifth floor lobby. The receptionist will contact related personnel for you.
You may be requested to fill out some forms. Our human resources department will email you the forms before your interview. Please complete the forms and forward them to us before you do the interview.

No tests will be conducted unless you are notified. Your application will only be evaluated based on your resume and interview.
Before you join the interview, your resume will be provided to your interviewer, so you do not need to make extra copies. However, if you wish to present other certificates or a portfolio of your work, please feel free to do so.

If you wish to change the time of the interview, please contact our human resources department in advance.
How to Go to I-Chiun

After the Interview

If you are chosen for a job, our human resources personnel will contact you by phone or email as soon as a decision is made.
We will make arrangements for you to report to work. Please report to the human resources department at the appointed time. If you need to change the date you start with the company, please notify the human resources department at least one day in advance.
Please bring along the following when reporting to work.
1. One copy of your National ID (both sides)
2. Two photos (please write your name on the back)
3. One copy of a certificate of your highest level of education
4. Your personal stamp to open a bank account and a second ID with a photograph (driver’s license or national health insurance card)
5. If you intend to file your tax returns jointly with one of your family members or add family members to your national health insurance account, please bring along their national ID cards and personal details.
6. Proof of departure from your previous employer (required for posts at assistant manager level and above; for other personnel, please make the best attempt to provide relevant documents)
